I have an idea

To distinguish yourself from other techno composers, you should compose a ballad. Everyone makes songs like these, but hardly anyone makes good slow songs.

O.K.

First thing I might do is make the bass drum (kick) a little louder/stronger. Also, for your snare rolls, I would make it crescendo. I also wouldn't make the end louder than the beginning. I would recommend that you change the bells to some short echo synth sample, as to keep the energy pushing to the end. Overall balance could use some work. You also want to make sure the melodic instruments are loud enough so people can easily distinguish it from everything else. Besides all that, it's an O.K. song. A bit repetitive though.

I feel uncomfortable giving this a nine, but I feel that you did a good job with you you have here. You should make this into a song. Maybe add a hip-hop beat to it. I think this could be VERY popular if you did that.

Find someone who can rap and unleash him on this. It would be BALLIN!
